On December 1, 2016, Deputy Secretary-General Liu Kaiyang met with Mr. Ruugo Matsumoto, who in charge of Asian affairs of JCI Japan. The Japanese side expressed their gratitude for CAFIU’s cooperation and support in the exchanges between the two organizations this year and briefed the CAFIU on the personnel changes and plan of JCI Japan for the next year.  Mr. Liu talked about the recent situation in China and the two sides exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
