On November 27, Secretary-General Yuan Zhibing and Deputy Secretary-General Zheng Yao met with Mr. Alexander Kallwait, the Permanent Representative in Beijing of Germany’s Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) at CAFIU. The two parties discussed the working plan of the year 2019 and the vision of further enhancing cooperation under the  Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Activities of Overseas Nongovernmental Organizations in the Mainland of China.
