On November 23, Ms. Zheng Yao, Deputy Secretary-General of CAFIU, met with Mr. Marne Osorio Lima, Governor of Province Rivera of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay at Wan Shou Hotel. Mr. Fernando Lugris, Uruguay’s ambassador in China, attended the meeting. The parties exchanged views on enhancing people’s bond，improving mutual understanding and promoting cross-culture dialogues between the two countries.
