On the afternoon of November 20, Secretary-General Ni Jian had a discussion with the delegation from Nagano Association for Japan-China Exchanges. The two sides exchanged views on current China-Japan relations and how to deepen people-to-people exchanges between the two nations. Council Member Li Dongping, Counselor Wen Desheng and Director Wang Lin were present at the meeting and briefed the delegation on China’s Belt and Road Initiative, the Four Comprehensives and China’s poverty-reduction efforts.
