On November 17, Qi Xuchun, Vice-Chairman of CPPCC National Committee and CAFIU Vice-President, and Ai Ping, CAFIU Vice-President, respectively met with the Kazankai Foundation Delegation headed by its Chairman Tadashi Ikeda. They extended congratulations on Ikeda’s election as Chairman. Vice-President Qi Xuchun briefed these Japanese guests on China’s economic and social development as well as the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18^th CPC Central Commission. The two sides exchanged views on the bilateral ties and people-to-people exchanges between the two nations. Vice-President Ai Ping told them CAFIU’s recent work and plan for the next year. The two sides exchanged views on the exchanges between the two organizations.
