In the morning of September 19, CAFIU held a seminar to celebrate the 40-year anniversary of the signing of China-Japan Treaty of Peace and Friendship. Liu Hongcai, Deputy Director-General of Foreign Affairs Committee of CPPCC and CAFIU Vice President, attended the seminar and delivered a speech. The delegation of Japan-China Association for the 21st Century, representatives of Institute of Japanese Studies, CASS, China International and Strategic Studies, People’s China Magazine and the Pangoal Institute attended the seminar.
