| SGs Met with Co-chair of the Interaction Council (IAC) | |

On September 30th , CAFIU’s Secretary-General, Mr. Yuan Zhibing, and Deputy Secretary-General, Ms. Zheng Yao, met with Mr. Bertie Ahern, IAC’s co-chair and former Prime Minister of Ireland, Mr. Peter Medgyessy, IAC member and former Prime Minister of Hungary, and Mr. Thomas Axworthy, IAC’s secretary-general at Beijing Hotel during IAC’s 35th Annual Plenary Meeting. Mr. Ahern expressed IAC’s gratitude for CAFIU’s collaboration in preparing the Annual Plenary Meeting. Mr. Yuan briefed CAFIU’s progress in recent years. The two parties exchanged views on enhancing cooperation.
