On the afternoon of March 31^st, the 13^th CPC-SPD Dialogue of Foreign Affairs and Security Policies cosponsored by the International Department of CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), Friedrich Ebert Foundation of Germany (FES) and CAFIU was held in Wanshou Hotel, Beijing. Mr. Chen Fengxiang, Vice-Minister of IDCPC and Mr. Muetzenich, Vice-President of the SPD group of the German Bundestag addressed the opening ceremony. Several members of the German Bundestag and dozens of Chinese and German experts, scholars and CAFIU’s Council members were present at the Dialogue. The participants discussed topics of “the changes and adjustment in Chinese and German foreign policies” as well as “’The Belt and Road’ initiative and China-German, China-EU cooperation”. Deputy Secretary-General Zheng Yao attended the Dialogue and hosted one session.
