On the morning of January 27, CAFIU held a seminar on China’s economic outlook at Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong jointly with JCEA Beijing Office and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China. Zhang Yansheng, CAFIU Standing Council Member and Secretary-General of Academic Committee of State Development and Reform Commission, delivered a report titled Outlook for China’s Economy and Economic Policy after the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18^th CPC Central Committee. Liu Kaiyang, CAFIU Deputy Secretary-General, Kunihiko Shinoda, General Manager of Japan-China Economic Association (JCEA) Beijing Office, and Katsuya Igarashi, Secretary General of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China also made remarks respectively at the seminar. Over 50 representatives from Japanese government agencies, companies and organizations in Beijing attended the seminar, on which participants discussed actively with each other on China’s economy.
