On January 8, Deputy Secretary-General Liu Kaiyang attended activity celebrating the 40^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Philippines organized by the Philippine Embassy and the piano concert given by Dr. Raul M. Sunico, President of the Cultural Center of the Philippines and had discussions with people from both China and abroad present at the activity.
